This was my first attempt at canning anything other than peppers, and it turned out great. This recipe is simple and easy to follow. The only change I made was using 2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice and 2 cups of water instead of just 4 cups of water. The orange juice gave the sauce a nice sweetness.
